Me and safety education
Preventing typical, but devastating injuries starts by simply being observant - seeing the potential dangers around you and having a good understanding of the types of thing which can cause harm. It is then important to decide how best to manage these uncertainties taking both benefits and risks into account.
There are various ways in which you can build your own knowledge and skills, in order to help keep yourself and others safe. Why not try some of the following:-
The Code of Everand
The Code of Everand is a multiplayer online game, which has been developed by the Department for Transport, to engage children making the transition from Primary to Secondary school, on the topic of road safety. The aim is that players will improve their road safety behaviour and apply what they have learned in the game, to the real world as a learned response.
